Owls Nest Silo - 100 y/o converted concrete silo

We enjoyed our stay in the Silo very much! It was exactly what we needed—a quiet little getaway that felt secluded while still offering all the comforts and amenities of home. The space was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing weekend.

Our stay was our honeymoon weekend. The silo was very nice inside, with two cozy, well-decorated bedrooms and handy bathrooms. It was closer to the Paw Print Cabin than we envisioned, but we still felt like we had privacy. A suggestion is to take a cooler and stock of food, as we didn't realize we were some miles away from a grocery store and/or restaurants (we didn't research that well enough!). The apartment-sized washer/dryer was appreciated.

It’s hard to explain what a unique and fun experience the Owls Nest is. The silo is beautifully done, very clean and quite the place to hideout for a few days. It’s one of those rare places that will be hard to replicate anywhere else we stay in the future. Thank you for having the vision and drive to make the Owls Nest a reality. We had a blast.

The Owl's Nest Silo is truly a work of architectural wonder! The whole concept of building a home inside a historic concrete silo is innovative by itself. But they really did an amazing job executing on their vision. My favorite feature is the gorgeous spiral staircase that winds all the way up to the master bedroom on the fourth floor. Throughout the entire property, they've done such a good job with small decorating details that give it such an amazing vibe. If you are on the fence about this property, DO IT! You won't regret it! My wife and I hope we can visit again soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the silo. It was relaxing, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We also took walks by the creek which were lovely. This is a great place to stay!
